Pursuant to art. 13 Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (General Regulation on the protection of personal data), we would like to provide you with some information regarding the processing that AZURWAY TRAVEL S.R.L.S., as owner thereof, carries out on the personal data provided by you (hereinafter: "Data").
Such data will be processed using electronic, IT and paper media for purposes strictly related to the management of your booking on our website and your stay during your holiday; for purposes established by travel law and stay at the hotels facilities, such as the registration of residents, the issuing of an invoice or tax receipt, the administrative and accounting management of the stay, any further services.
At some time, consent may be requested, entirely optional, for 1) the sending of commercial communications and/or newsletters, by electronic or paper means, relating to the Tour Operator, news, information, travel proposals and for conducting market analyzes and statistics ("Marketing Purposes"); to 2) analyze habits, interests and preferences for the offering of services and for sending commercial communications in line with the same ("Profiling purposes"). These consents are completely optional but will allow Azurway to keep you informed about our promotions and send you offers (even in an automated way) with respect to your personal needs and/or preferences. For the Data collected during your stay, our staff will inform you, on a case-by-case basis, whether they are mandatory, necessary or optional.
In relation to our newsletter, we remind you that you can stop receiving it at any time by clicking on the appropriate button. Even without your express consent, the Data may be communicated or transferred to third parties with whom AZURWAY TRAVEL S.R.L.S. entertains commercial relationships, only if strictly necessary for the pursuit of the aforementioned purposes. These third parties may also be Public Authorities, IT services companies, professionals, consultants, other third parties who provide services to the company. The Data will not be disclosed.
The data collected will be kept for 36 months from the date of collection, time strictly necessary to pursue the indicated purposes.
In relation to the processing of such Data, pursuant to articles 15 et seq. of Regulation (EU) 2016/679, you have the right to obtain, without delay, from the data controller: a) confirmation of the existence or otherwise of personal data concerning you, and communication in an intelligible form of the same data and of their origin, as well as the logic on which the processing is based; b) the cancellation, transformation into anonymous form or blocking of data processed in violation of the law, including those whose retention is not necessary in relation to the purposes for which the data were collected or subsequently processed; c) the updating, rectification or, if interested, integration of the data. As an interested party, you have the right to object, in whole or in part, for legitimate reasons, to the processing of personal data concerning you, even if pertinent to the declared purpose of the collection or
request portability or exercise the right to be forgotten.
