All Azurway packages are covered by medical and baggage insurance and the Company is covered from the risk of insolvency through the "Guarantee Fund" policy.
It means that:
- during your holiday you are covered in case of medical issues that leads to expenses for medical assistance and medicines
- during your holiday you are covered in case of baggage loss and damage
- during your holiday you are covered in case of Tour Operator bankruptcy...but it won't happen ;) !

Cancellation Insurance is always optional and at the Customer's discretion. The cost of the insurance premium varies from 4.5% to 5% of the value of the travel package. Remember that this insurance can only be stipulated at the same time as booking the trip!

What time can I check in at my hotel?

  • Check-in times can vary from hotel to hotel and region to region. Generally, they are between h 12:00 and 15:00. If you do arrive earlier, in the meanwhile you’ll be able to store your luggage in the Hotel deposit and head out to explore the destinations for some hours!

Can I request an early check-in?

  • Unfortunately, we can’t confirm any early check-in.

Travel Documentation is managed according to a priority order of departures.
Travel Documents are normally sent to the booking holder's email between 5 and 3 days before departure.

Sending documents before this deadline is not possible, so we ask Customers to calmly wait for the right moment.

All bookings made on www.azurwaytravel.com are binding requests with payment obligation in case of reconfirmation. The Tour Operator will provide a response on real availability within 48 working hours. In case of reconfirmation, the payment is due. 
Pursuant to the Consumer Code (Legislative Decree 205/2006) and the Tourism Code (Legislative Decree 79/2011) and in particular based on the combined provisions of articles 47, letter. g) and m), and 59, c. 1, letter. n), of the art. 55 of the Consumer Code, the purchase of Products through this website does not provide the Customer with the right of free withdrawal. Any cancellation request is subject to payment of a cancellation fee, as per article 10.5 of the current Terms & Conditions.
